Repaired some punctuation omissions—a number of missing fullstops.
Page 113: changed Metagamonsis (in the illustration) to Matagamonsis.
The map at the back of the original was in such bad condition with many folds and tears, it has not been reproduced here so only the title of the map has been reproduced. Another map was unable to be found.
