Transcriber Note

The Appendix ends on [page 271]. However, the Index which begins two pages afterward start at page 269. Therefore, the Index was renumbered starting at 273. The item numbers for the Price List at the end of the book are not in numerical order and there are some repeated numbers. No attempt was made to correct this. On [page 144], the word "bee-keeper" in the first line of "ZINC FOUNTAIN BEE-FEEDER" was changed to "bee-feeder".
