LUNCHEON MEAT CHILI

½ cup chopped onion

½ garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons fat

½ cup chopped green pepper

1 12-oz. can luncheon meat, coarsely chopped

1 No. 2 can red kidney beans

1½ cups canned tomatoes

1 teaspoon Chili powder

½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

Sauté onion and garlic in fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. 5 Servings
