FINISHING: Steam and block. Fold in half, and sew back seam along bound-off edge. Fold seed st border to right side, and working through double thicknesses at border section, pick up and K 62 sts across neck edge. Work 3 rows in seed st.
BEADING: K 1, * P 2 tog, yo, P 1, K 1, repeat from * across row. Work next 2 rows in seed st. Bind off in seed st. Lace ribbon through beading.
