Beef Crumble and Gravy: Brown ½ lb. ground beef and ¼ cup minced onion in 2 tbsp. hot fat. Add 1 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper, ¼ cup Bisquick. Continue browning. Slowly stir in ½ cup milk and 2 cups water.
