DECISIONS OF WHITE MASONIC GRAND LODGES. GRAND LODGE OF ARKANSAS.
The White Masonic Grand Lodge of the State of Arkansas at the annual session held in 1838 and 1838 rendered the following decision:
This Grand Lodge will not recognize a Grand Lodge unless it has been regularly organized by not less than three warranted Lodges.
