IS NOW ISSUED in Twelve Sizes, with the Text arranged in each so as to correspond page for page with all the others.
Seven Sizes are printed on best Rag-made Printing Paper, and vary in price from 3s. to 45s.
Five Sizes are printed on thin opaque INDIA PAPER, and are extremely light and thin. They vary in weight from 12½ ounces to 22 ounces, and in price from 7s. to 46s., not exceeding an inch in thickness.
It contains supplementary Helps to the Study of the Bible, including Notes Analytical, Chronological, Historical, and Geographical; a Biblical Index; Concordance; Dictionary of Scripture Proper Names; Maps; a Compendium of Scripture Natural History, &c., which have been carefully Revised and Enlarged from time to time by Dr. Stubbs, Bishop of Chester; Dr. Edwin Palmer, Archdeacon of Oxford; Dr. Angus, and other eminent scholars. The scientific information was prepared under the supervision of Professors Rolleston, Westwood, Lawson, and Earle—names of the highest authority in their several departments.
