CREAM NUT LOAF
- Dried bread crumbs, 2 cups.
- Ground sweet corn, 1 cup.
- Ground Brazil nuts, 1 cup.
- Eggs, 2.
- Sage.
- Mashed peas, 1 cup.
- Mashed potatoes, 1 cup.
- Cream, ½ cup.
- Salt.
Mix all thoroughly together, press in a deep bread-pan, and bake a nice brown. Serve with a sauce made of one part sweet cider and two parts grape juice, thickened with a little corn starch.
