MINCE PIE
- Minced apples, 4 cups.
- Prune juice, 1 cup.
- Sugar, 1 cup.
- Molasses, 1 cup.
- Butter, 2 tablespoonfuls.
- Minced protose, 3 cups.
- Seedless raisins, 2 cups.
- Lemon, grated rind and juice, 1.
Stew all together until thick enough for filling.
Flavor with
- Salt, 1 teaspoonful.
- Cinnamon.
- Nutmeg.
