VEGETARIAN SAUSAGE
- Boiled rice, 3 cups.
- Grated onion, 6 teaspoonfuls.
- Protose, 1 pound.
- Salt, 1½ teaspoonfuls.
- Oil, 3 tablespoonfuls.
- Sage, 6 teaspoonfuls.
- Egg, 1.
Form into patties, and roll in gluten or browned flour, and bake in a frying-pan. If browned in the oven, put a small piece of butter on top of each.
