Veal Croquettes
2 cups chopped cold cooked veal
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Few grains cayenne
Few drops onion juice
Yolk 1 egg
1 cup thick sauce made of White Soup Stock
Mix ingredients in order given. Cool, shape, crumb, and fry same as other croquettes.
