ד. At Kosinitsa, Ἁγ. Μον. 375 [ix-x], 7-1/8 × 13, ff. 301 (16, 19, or 21). The two first gatherings are mice-eaten. Τίτλοι in vermilion, ἀναγνώσματα, κεφ. t., subscr., Evan. Mut. Matt. i. 1-ix. 1.
