Egg Nests.
1 cup of chopped meat, ¹⁄₂ cup of bread crumbs or rice, ¹⁄₄ teaspoon of salt, butter, little pepper and moisten with water. Put in muffin pans leaving hole in center into which break an egg. Bake and serve hot.
