Is He Immutable?
I am the Lord, I change not (Mal. iii, 6).
With whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James i, 17).
My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips (Ps. lxxxix, 34).
He is not a man that he should repent (1 Sam. xv, 29).
