Inconsistencies in spelling, lay-out, hyphenation, etc. (including the use of · and . as decimal points), and unusual spelling have been retained, except as mentioned below.
In some places, the numbering of paragraphs (Roman or Arabic numbers) is incomplete: some numbers are missing. This has been retained.
References to the tables are not always correct: for this collection, the author has combined some of the tables originally contained in the individual reports in the Appendices. Where possible, hyperlinks have been provided to the combined tables.
Depending on the hard- and software used and their settings, not all elements may display as intended. The larger tables are best viewed in a wide browser window.
Page 80, footnote [32]: the hyperlink points to the relevant footnote [34] rather than to the indicated page 84.
Page 87/88 ff. and footnote [35]: the author appears to refer variously to the summary table in Appendix No. IX. (cf. the years covered) and to the detailed table on page 167 (cf. the column numbers); where possible, appropriate hyperlinks have been added.
