Berry Pies.

1-1/2 pints of blueberries or blackberries.

2 tablespoonfuls of sugar.

1 tablespoonful of flour.

2 tablespoonfuls of water.

Half the rule for delicate paste.

Make this in the same way as sliced apple pie, and bake in a moderate oven for fifty minutes.

Sour and juicy berries will require more sugar and no water.
