Ramakins.
- Rounds of lightly toasted bread.
- 3 tablespoonfuls grated cheese.
- 2 eggs, beaten light.
- 1 tablespoonful melted butter.
- 1 teaspoonful anchovy sauce.
- 1 teaspoonful of flour, wet with cream.
- A little salt and cayenne.
Beat eggs, butter, and seasoning together; then the cheese, lastly, the flour. Work all to a cream; spread thickly upon the bread, and brown lightly.
