Milk Rolls.
- Ingredients—1 lb. of flour.
- 2 oz. of butter.
- 2 heaped teaspoonfuls of baking powder.
- Enough milk to mix to a dough.
Method.—Rub the butter into the flour lightly.
Add the baking powder, and mix with the milk.
Make into small rolls as quickly as possible, and bake for a few minutes in a quick oven.
Brush over with a little milk to glaze them.
