Maple Sugar Candy
| Soft maple sugar, | 1 pound |
| Top milk, | ¾ cup |
| Boiling water, | ¼ cup |
| Nut meats cut in pieces, | 2/3 cup |
Boil together until soft ball forms in water. Remove from fire, beat until creamy, add nut meats and pour into greased tin. Cool slightly, mark into squares.
