Plus ne sera le grand en saux sommeil,

L’Inquietude viendra prendre repos,

Dresser Phalange d’Or, Azur, & vermeil,

Subjuguer Affrique & ronger jusqu’aux os.

English.

The great one shall be no more in a false sleep,

The restlessness shall take rest,

He shall raise an Army of Gold and Azure,

He shall conquer Affrica and gnaw it to the bones.

This is concerning some great Prince, who shall raise a powerful Army, and conquer Affrica with it.
