TRANSCRIBER'S NOTE:
The index at the end has links to all the three volumes.
Follow these instructions if you would like to have your own copy of this and the other two volumes of "The Poems of Philip Freneau", on your hard disk. Doing so will allow the index here to be used with all the many links to the volumes when not connected to the internet:
1. Create a directory (folder) named whatever you like (e.g., Freneau).
2. Go again to the PG Catalog page for this file and click on the "Other Files" choice. You will see several files listed. Click on 39909-h.zip which will download the complete zipped file to the directory on your hard disk which receives downloaded file.
3. Unzip the downloaded file (39909-h.zip) and copy the 39909-h directory to the directory (folder) you created in paragraph 1, or any other directory.
4. Double click on 39909-h, then double click on 39909-h.htm to open the file.
5. You can produce a shortcut to 39909-h.htm that can go into any folder, or on your desktop by a simple drag-and-drop operation
When using the index or any of the files you may use the BACK button to return from any link.
