“The King to the Sheriff, Health.[436] I command you, that justly and without delay, you make reasonable divisions between the Land of R. in such a Vill and its appurtenances, and the Land of D. in such Vill, as they ought to be, and are accustomed to be, and as they were in the time of King Henry my Grandfather, of which R. complains, that A. has, unjustly and without Judgment, encroached more than belongs to his free Tenement in that Vill, least &c.
