PINK ARCTIC FREEZE
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce (2 C.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (1 C.)
- ½ C. chopped Texas pecans
- 1 C. whipping cream
Soften cream cheese. Blend in mayonnaise and sugar. Add cranberry sauce, pineapple, and pecans. Whip cream and fold into mixture. Pour into 8½ x 4 x 2½ inch pan and freeze until firm. Unmold and slice.
