SULTANA CAKE.
- 1 lb. flour
- ½ lb. butter
- ½ lb. sultanas
- ½ lb. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 ozs. peel
- 1 heaped teaspoonful Edmonds’ Baking Powder
- A little milk
Cream the butter and sugar together, add eggs well beaten, then the other ingredients; bake in moderate oven two hours
