#251 This derringer is one of a matched pair manufactured by Henry Deringer of Philadelphia. The furniture is German silver and the stock is made without ramrod. Two silver bands at the breech of the barrel add to their value. This pair is in exceptionally fine condition retaining nearly all of the varnish and the original smooth brown finish of the barrels. A desirable small style of an ideal shape. Has pineapple trigger guard finial. Silver tear shaped inlay at butt. Caliber is .38.
