Roquefort (blue) cheese dressing

About 1 cup

1 cup mayonnaise
1 package (4 ounces) Roquefort or blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons half-and-half or table cream
½ teaspoon tabasco sauce

Mix all ingredients.

Refrigerate until used.
