Sour cream sauce
About 1 cup
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or frozen chives or green onion tops
¼ teaspoon salt
3 drops worcestershire sauce
White pepper, as desired
Combine all ingredients thoroughly at least 2 hours before serving. Refrigerate. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Can be served with broccoli or baked potatoes.
