Dana and Chauncey Goodrich; from Vermont, Matthew Lyon; from Pennsylvania, Blair McClenachan and Richard Thomas; from Delaware, James A. Bayard; from Virginia, Richard Brent; from North Carolina, Robert Williams; from South Carolina, William Smith; and from Georgia, Abraham Baldwin, appeared, and took their seats in the House.

But a quorum of the whole number not being present, the House adjourned until to-morrow morning, eleven o'clock.
