MATERIALS BERNAT Riviera (1 oz. pull skeins)—16 each of Black and White BERNAT Super Knitting Worsted (2 oz. skeins)—3 Black 1 pair straight knitting needles No. 10½ GAUGE: 3 sts = 1 inch

DIRECTIONS: Using 1 strand each of Black and White Riviera, cast on 81 sts. Work in seed st for 72 inches. Bind off loosely. FINISHING: Block to measure 27 x 72 inches. Cut strands of Knitting Worsted 20 inches long. Using 8 strands, knot fringe across both ends.
