Mr. John Klippart, of Columbus, Ohio, was elected a corresponding member.
Dr. Kellogg called the attention of the Academy to the Œnotheræ graciliflora, with a variety of the same. Mr. Bolander made some remarks upon the isolated position of the Red-woods upon the hills back of Oakland.
