OUR OPEN LETTER BOX.

Can any of our readers kindly inform "Stanmore" who is the author of the following lines:—

"When to the flow'rs so beautiful
Our Father gave a name,
Back came a little blue-eyed one,
All tremblingly it came.
'Dear God, the name thou gavest me,
Alas, I have forgot!'
Kindly the Father looked Him down,
And said, 'Forget-Me-not!'"
