He remembered having seen the Duke of Marlborough, who died ninety-nine years before he did; he came to America in General Wolfe's army in 1759, and after Quebec was reduced, went to Bucksport, and thence to Belfast. The lowest estimate of his age, made by his relatives, has been taken.
