e becomes i before a stressed of following syllable.

Gerundio: sintiendo.
Presente de Indicativo: siento, sientes, siente, sentimos, sentís, sienten.
Presente de Subjuntivo: sienta, sientas, sienta, sintamos, sintáis, sientan.
Pretérito: sentí, sentiste, sintió, sentimos, sentisteis, sintieron.
Imperfecto de Subjuntivo: sintiese, etc.; sintiera, etc.
Futuro de Subjuntivo: sintiere, etc.
