Huseyn Razi or Hüseyn Mammad oglu Rzayev was an Azerbaijani poet, playwright, and public figure. Honored Worker of the Nakhichevan Autonomous Republic (1981), Member of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers and the Azerbaijan SSR (1984).
