(Slight noise of rain heard.)

Ned (rising hastily). We shall be caught in the shower. (Going.) Come.

Joe (rising slowly). Oh, let it rain, let it rain! Better chance of fair weather to-morrow.

Ned (passing out). But will you? will you really dare?

Joe. Yes: none but the brave deserve the fair!

[Exeunt both.
