Punctuation and spelling were made consistent when a predominant preference was found in this book; otherwise they were not changed.
Simple typographical errors were corrected; occasional unpaired quotation marks were retained.
Inconsistent hyphenation and ambiguous hyphens at the ends of lines have been retained.
Page [89]: “wofully” was printed that way.
Page [92]: “in which is now is” was printed that way, probably was a misprint for “in which it now is”.
