Floret a mense Aprili in Julium.

SPECIFIC CHARACTER.

Heath, with crested tips within the blossom; blossoms globular, umbelled, and purple; the cup is scaly, and of a whitish colour; leaves by fours.

DESCRIPTION.

Stem shrubby, upright, a foot and a half high, branching; branches thread-shaped and upright.
