DESCRIPTION.

Stem shrubby, flexuose, and of a purplish colour. The small and large branches are thread-shaped, and hairy.

Leaves by threes, linear, blunt, and rolled back at the edges; the older ones spreading, the younger ones ascending: the edges rough with long hairs.
