Stamina. Filamenta octo capillaria; antheris cristatis, inclusis.

Pistillum. Germen tiaræforme. Stylus subinclusus, filiformis. Stigma tetragonum.

Habitat ad Caput Bonæ Spei.

Floret a mense Junii in Octobrem.

SPECIFIC CHARACTER.

Heath, with crested tips, within the blossom. The flowers grow in umbels. Blossom pitcher-shaped, and of a deep flesh colour. The leaves of the cup are longer than the flower. Leaves by threes. Branches twiggy.

DESCRIPTION.

Stem twiggy, a foot high. The small and large branches are very flexuose.
