DESCRIPTION.

Tips beardless, just within the blossom. Flowers grow singly, sessile, at the ends of the branches; between club and cylinder-shaped, curved, downy. Leaves by fours, thin, blunt, fringed with hair at the edges, and furrowed beneath. Stem flexible, upright. Branches scattered, thread-shaped, numerous, hairy.


Native of the Cape of Good Hope.

In bloom from April till July.
