CAUTION.

If you have had the misfortune to loose a Tooth, or several Teeth, and wish to replace them economically, do not be led away by the false prices, and specious advertisements which are daily to be met with, in almost every newspaper, or other advertising medium. Recollect! that a very great deal of difference exists between “CHEAPNESS” and “LOWNESS OF PRICE.” “Artificial Teeth,” like various other things, may be obtained low in price, and yet be by no means cheap to the wearer, because, in nine cases out of every ten, they are generally badly constructed, and, if this is the case, “Artificial Teeth” on such a principle, must necessarily become EXPENSIVE articles however LOW the price of the same may be.

Messrs. LEE, the old established Dentists, of Bayswater and Notting Hill, are led to make these remarks from the fact that rarely does a week pass, but they are consulted by patients who have in this manner (through some specious advertisement) not only paid a considerable price for a worthless piece of mechanism, but the mouth itself has been seriously and sometimes irremediably injured, by the imperfect adjustment and deleterious compositions that have been used.

All this might have been avoided if a respectable Dentist had been consulted in the first instance; and, possibly, half the expense saved by the patient.

Messrs. LEE, in offering the benefit of their experience in all cases of Dental defect or deficiency, do so without apology, because it is with satisfaction to themselves that they, with certainty, can allude to the happy results attendant on their own exclusive system of Dentistry. Their long practical experience, in a large and daily increasing practice, enables them with confidence to guarantee to all who may consult them “A THOROUGH RESTORATION OF THE LOST TEETH, by replacing new ones fully equal (in all respects) and frequently FAR SUPERIOR, in durability and beauty, than the originals.”

Messrs. LEE wish it to be thoroughly understood that there are so many adventitious circumstances always affecting the cost of properly constructed “Artificial Teeth,” that it becomes a matter of impossibility to make any particular rule subservient to every case, but they trust that the following scale of charges will enable any one wishing to consult them to form a general idea of the cost where no complication is present.

Single Teeth 5/-, 7/6, 10/6, 15/-, and 21/- each.
Partial Pieces 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 10 Guineas.
Sets of Teeth 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 20 Guineas.
