¼ cup sweet pickle relish
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons grated onion
16 slices bread, toasted and buttered
2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced
Combine hash, pickle relish, salt and onion in a frying pan. Heat thoroughly and spread on 8 slices buttered toast. Top with tomato and another slice of toast. Serve immediately. 8 Sandwiches
