2 to 4 drops mint extract
1 No. 2½ can pear halves, drained and chilled
½ to 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Combine chocolate syrup with mint extract. Place 1 or 2 pear halves cut side up in individual dessert dishes. Fill cavity of pear with ice cream. Pour chocolate-mint syrup over ice cream. 4 to 8 Servings
