LADIES BELT: Cast on 16 sts. 1st ROW: P across row. 2nd ROW: K 4, sl 1 as if to P, K 6, sl 1 as if to P, K 4. Repeat last 2 rows for desired length. Bind off. FINISHING: Steam each section lightly. Sew armhole facings at underarm. Sew shoulder and side seams. Weave ends of neck facing tog; sew neck facing to back of neck. Turn neck and armhole facing to wrong side and tack in place. Weave long edges of belt tog. Attach buckle to one end of belt. With right side facing, attach yarn at side seam and work a sl st in each st all around lower edge.
