Next Row: K across row decreasing 5 sts evenly spaced. Work even in garter st until garter st section measures 11 inches ending on right side, bind off.
Fold each garter st section in half on wrong side. Sew side edges together. Turn inside out and sew top edge of pockets about 1 inch in from each side. With right side of work toward you and working along curved edge, attach yarn at top of pocket and work a row of single crochet (sc) along curved edge to top of other pocket.
