2 cups whole milk
Boil the sugar and water for 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and set aside to cool. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Freeze.

(Makes 2 quarts)
¾ cup sugar
1½ cups water
1 tbs. gelatine
¼ cup cold water
½ cup pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lemon
