1¼ cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbs. lemon juice
¼ tsp. essence peppermint
Green coloring
Boil sugar and water 5 minutes. Cool. Add grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, peppermint, and green coloring. Freeze.
