- 2 cups sifted GOLD MEDAL Flour

- 3 cups rolled oats

- 1½ cups brown sugar
Chill dough. Roll out ⅛″ thick. Cut into desired shapes. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned. When cool, and just before serving, put together in pairs with jelly or jam between.
TEMPERATURE: 375° (quick mod. oven).
TIME: Bake 10 to 12 min.
AMOUNT: About 4 doz. 2½″ double cookies.
