Regulations in respect to pre-payment and to Registration of Letters are the same as those applicable to correspondence by the Canadian Line of Steamers.
NEWSPAPERS.
Regulations in respect to pre-payment the same as for Canadian Steamers: Papers, however, sent or received by the Cunard Packet Mails are chargeable ON DELIVERY with two cents additional postage—to cover the American transit charge.
BOOKS.
Book Packets are not forwarded by the Cunard Line of Steamers.
