2. Sources of Information
(a) For Mexico, statistics on production, consumption and stocks shall be provided by the Secretaria de Agricultura y Recursos Hidraulicos, the Secretaria de Comercio y Fomento Industrial, and the Secretaria de Hacienda y Credito Publico.
(b) For the United States, statistics on production,
consumption and stocks shall be provided by the United
States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
(c) Each Party shall permit representatives from the other
Party to observe and comment on the methodology it uses
to prepare its data.
Section II
Mexico and Canada
1. This Section shall apply only between Canada and Mexico.
